Ayrshire born, Willie Weir is an accomplished accordionist who has vast experience in performing traditional music, regularly playing at concerts across the country with the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra.
As well as playing in Coila, Willie sometimes performs solo gigs abroad. He has recently had engagements in Kuwait, Qatar and China, playing at ceilidhs for Caledonian Societies.
